Optional Manual Cheque Entry & Printing
CheqMaster comes with the no cost option of being able to enter and print manual cheques for quick pay purposes directly within this one system. Data entry is simple and efficient and printouts use the same procedure as other cheques. The system normally suppresses signatures on all manual cheques. In the situation where signatures are permitted on manually entered cheques, we incorporate a “he/she who enters the data cannot print it” strategy to ensure security.

No Need To Buy Blank Cheque Stock For Emergency Use
CheqMaster provides the facility for the ADMINISTRATOR to generate blank cheques, much as would be ordered from a print shop. The cheques include all artwork and account information including cheque umbers and are a suitable backup alternative for emergency issuance of individual cheques. For blank cheque stock, signature printing is always suppressed.
